Members of something like thirty choirs packed Kresge Auditorium last night to sing the Brahms Requiem. I was outside around sunrise this morning and two corvids (I think) flew over me at one point. They were both largish (much bigger than a jay) and black, and made calls that sounded like generic cawing to my uneducated ears.
