Rose and I went away last week for a few days. We just went up to Blackpool for candy floss and amusement arcades and other touristy things (which was lots of fun! :D). I might get my computer to monitor the place. I never really thought that was necessary.

Probably a journalist or a student trying to cheat or something.

Maybe the robots could patrol it? It probably was innocent enough (well, "innocent" isn't the right word), but you never know.

Well my work computer is intelligent, so she can probably do it. I'm not sure I want anything out of the ordinary in there in case it gets nicked, though.

I might ask Rob (campus security who hangs around the back of the physics building a lot and gossips) to keep an eye on things.

If it happens again, we can always have a late-night stake out! :D

Oh, you missed Mum coming over. She wants to do a big Easter garden party/Vitex schmooze-fest this year. I'm trying to talk her into letting me wear a rabbit costume to avoid the schmooze-fest small talk to entertain the kids. Not sure it's gonna work.

She said she already found you a grey suit, so good luck trying to go as a rabbit or anything.

Well... it's my office. It's hardly my home. It might as well be public property.

And I don't teach, I lecture. Nor do I asign homework or mark tests, but that's not common knowledge, so it's entirely possible it was a student thinking they might get lucky.
