STATE OF THE HOUSE

Creating robots and then giving them the ability to learn, grow and develop is always an interesting thing to try. Leaving those robots to run your house is not necessarily recommended ( Read more... )

ai is always a bad idea, the toaster, fluffy the robot, the robots are apparently in charge, wall-e the robot, rose is brilliant, bolt the robot baby, wall-e and the toaster

Did you find the shrine that Mum hinted at?

And I'm not sure I've ever loved this bed this much. XD

I... did not look too far. For my own sanity. And even if they haven't asked us to stay out of their areas, I thought it'd be nice to afford them some privacy. Or else one day the shower really will start talking to us.

:D *Bounces* Let's not leave for a while.

I wonder if they already have new customs. Or holidays.

Hopefully not. If it caught me before I'd had coffee, we'd have a showercide on our hands.

*Laughs* Well you could ask them. If they have a book club, they may well have other things.

I did hear some mumblings from the vacuum cleaner about over representation of kitchen goods in the parliament, so I suspect life may get interesting...

More interesting.

XD

XD Pre-coffee-Rose is someone I find both adorable and terrifying.

And can you imagine if your family came over and needed to use the shower?

*snuggles*

Heee. :D You smell nice.

*snickers* Poor Doctor, the robots are taking over your home.

So are you going to build more human habitable rooms in your bigger on the inside house?

Well maybe, but we don't really need any more space. We have a bedroom, bathroom(s), kitchen, dining room, office type space, laboratory, pool & solarium, snow room, cushion room, store rooms, living room, library, extended wardrobe... and I think that's it. (Am I forgetting anything, Rose?)

I can't think of anything else we need.

Have you checked on the status of the spaceship you were trying to build before you left?

Nah, not yet. More important things to do! The Fridge sent me an email with a general update of things in the house (the Fridge is the Communication Secretary in their new parliament) and the ship has basically been dusted and not a lot else in our absense.

I did warn you.

And vampires? Honestly? First thing those robots need to do is get better tastes in books.

It's all good! They still clean and pick up after us, after all.

XD Don't worry, they were comparing versions of vampires from Dracula forwards and I didn't hear anything about those ones you didn't like so much.

Sure, for NOW. I read Animal Farm in school, you know. I know what happens next.

Given that Rose and I actually pay attention to their desires and give them free reign for the most part, I'm not worried!

Besides, they've not got a consistent number of legs. No uprising would work without the "four legs good, two legs bad!" soundbites!
