We did a bit of a quick disappearence on
editrx last night, but we wanted to be back home for Valentine's. Well, that's tomorrow, obviously, and tonight we will probably spend being tired and jet-lagged. (Remember that if any of you lot have a case, we'd be happy to pay you a visit

*mutters* Creepy stalker. What a git.
Rose, do we know anyone who Adam Mitchell's a bit friendly with at Torchwood? Someone to butter him up a bit and find out what he knows about Van Statten's work?
I don't know who Adam's friendly with at Torchwood. We'll probably have to ask Dad and/or Susan.
Anyway, I think I need to go and argue with the robots. Wall-E emailed me and suggested I might like to babysit for Bolt tomorrow while he and the Toaster have a romantic evening. My reply was a little blunt and now he's sulking. I suspect I may have to apologise, and possibly offer some compromise.
*facepalm*
Maybe we can take Bolt with us?

It's odd, though, how attached he seems to Adam and therefore how curious he is about us. Either he does this for everyone who mildly annoys him or he knows more than we want him to!
I think we need to counter his efforts with our own.

I suppose it's an option. I was thinking of offering to have Bolt for the morning/afternoon/whenever we're not busy, so they can have their time and we can have ours. Or maybe Tony'd like to play with her for the evening...

Yeah, you're probably right.

There's an option! Although I imagine Mum might be shuttling him off somewhere as well. But if we bring Bolt over early, it might not matter.
I wonder what Wall-E and the toaster would do on a date. Make another robot? O_o

Blimey, I hope not! I think one is enough for them at the moment. Just... spent quality robot time? I honestly don't know. Once humans start developing their own intelligent robots or the same type as ours, they end up creating a whole culture of their own. It took a while for humans to cotton onto that and award them personhood, of course, but that's the norm for most developing civilisations. But Wall-E and the Toaster would probably find sexual intercourse as bizarre as we'd find... whatever they do.
And it seems a bit rude to ask.

Oh, and I hope she didn't think we were too rude. She was a fantastic host!
