This was a really exciting final chapter! I love how Devin threatened Alex and Nem to try to get them to go away. Classic, and he would so do that.

I also loved how Nem was a secret abomination. Maybe I'm a secret abomination. I was sad that he died. Poor Nem bb. He was so sweet. :\

Okay, question. Was Devin standing around and watching Nem die because he felt bad, or because the third MobiDrive didn't work and he thought there was no way for him to escape? Because if Devin thought he had the tiniest chance of getting away, he totally wouldn't stand around. He would get the fuck out of there. Nem saved him, but 14 year old Devin is kind of a wuss and all versions of Devin are out to save themselves first over anyone except Wes and possibly other close friends.

Like, even if the MobiDrive didn't work, he might still run off and look for other ways to get out. Like an air duct or something. He's pretty skinny.

Either way, I loved this fic. :D

Ha, I didn't think of an Air Duct Escape! I think Devin was just hopeless at that point.

Nem survived (probably) in the Tomorrow Trilogy fic I wrote (being pretty much the only non-evil important character who did), so, to balance things out, he had to die here. Or something.

I'm glad you thought my chapter was exciting. Doing action-y stuff can be rather difficult, lol.
