Eating less sugar. I went from drinking carmel machiattos w/ extra extra caramel to just plain espresso. I also drink ~120 oz of water a day.

Not eating carbs at night.. eating more protein.. eating more often to keep my metabolism up.

Exercising at least 3 times a week - both weight lifting and at least 30 minutes of cardio.

Cutting down on my sodium intake.

Congratulations!!! It feels great doesn't it? :-) I always have a hard time motivating to work out and eat healthy at the beginning of a 'health cycle', but the instant I start to see results it gets a lot more fun!
