Just finished watching the entire first season of Game of Thrones, and I stil find myself wishing that Karl Drogo should have been kept alive! Apart from the obvious eye candy of Jason Momoa, he would have been such a powerful adversary against the rest of the competing families. He should have at least been killed off in a more impressive fashion

To me, Drogo is one of the biggest losses in the series. Ned Stark was certainly up there, and there have been more since, but I think I miss Drogo the most. There was just so much potential for his character yet and helllooooo ... Jason Momoa!

Well, at least you know the series is good when you are asked to stomach losing such great characters and you still want to watch.

Ii was incredibly annoying in the penultimate episode where they killed off yet another one of my favourite characters....as I was really rooting for him, but I guess there can be only one true King...or Queen.

I understand that the writer has to make it feel real, and that everyone can die in battle, but c'mon!

Still, at least we did get to see Jason come back, albeit briefly during season 2, and touchingly with his son. Ahhh. Tender moments from the big guy....

I got pretty teary when Jason came back in the 2nd season. That scene was so cute and sweet and sad, I was like "C'mon, give Dany her hubby and baby back!" But they didn't. Sadness. ;-)
