Game of Thrones

Just finished watching the entire first season of Game of Thrones, and I stil find myself wishing that Karl Drogo should have been kept alive! Apart from the obvious eye candy of Jason Momoa, he would have been such a powerful adversary against the rest of the competing families. He should have at least been killed off in a more impressive fashion, other than a sword cut to the pec!
But, after seeing the end of Season 3, no one is completely safe....
Another gripe:why are the seasons only ten episodes long???
