Well. It pains me to admit that, coupled with the fact i'm listening to the scientist by coldplay (if you haven't cried to that song you haven't lived), the distinct lack of sleep and the fact i'm verging on a nervous breakdown in school, well yeah, you made me happy cry. I have no idea when I last happy cried.
I was grinning like an idiot and it was oh so fantastic and how can you possibly write such continually fantastic stuff. Your structure and vocab and bloody fantastic metaphor/simile things still leave me dumbfounded.
And as i'm already on the clichéd truth train i'm gonna spill it. Your incredible work inspires me to write. Seriously if she knew you, you'd currently be my English teacher's best friend. But i'm going to cut the ramble short with a concluding sentence.

1) How the bloody hell do you manage to stretch out sex scenes so beautifully and not have it dissolve into IKEA erotica? You flesh everything out, the actions, reactions, emotions and drop in little gems like Which kind of has Finn’s train of thought going up in a big fiery explosion. He only hopes the conductor managed to jump off in time. which is just one of the most wonderfully Finn things I've ever read =D

2) The backstory to this piece is just amazing. Finn and Will's reactions to their drunken sex, their assumptions about each other, their response to each other when they try to work around it. It's just so brilliantly in character for both of them and I like how they work past it during the story. They haven't just had sex, Finn's learned to take Will down from a pedestal and see him more as he really is and Will's coped with his anger and his tendency to apportion personal blame because of that anger. It isn't just a PWP, it's two people truly connecting.
