Well, I hit the gym with a vengeance. I started with a run, 5 miles @ 8:03 min/mile and then a mile sprint @ 6:12. I came back in for a bout of Insanity - The Asylum: Speed and Agility and then AbRipper X. I rounded out with lat pulls - 4 sets, 65 lbs with 4 second negative.
