No kidding it's as close to 'Modern Warfare' without the real shooting, etc.

Still, that does look like a good way to train the reflexes.

That school shooting scenario sounds way too realistic, though sadly, I wonder if police and/or federal law enforcement types are going to start training in things like that, considering recent events. =/

You stand in basically an office room with the screens, but once the scenario rolls, it's pretty intense. The hostage scenario was very real. It all begins as you roll up in a vehicle and get out. You assemble with a "team" (on screen people) and stack at the door. You go in, sweeping left and right for threats, all the while yelling and screaming can be heard down the hall.

I know, I figured the school scenario came out of some previous tragedies. That, and the office scenario was more visceral as it was just average people in an everyday setting. The other ones, you're in one of the sand boxes, expecting shit to go bad. :P

In the school and office evolution I was tempted to stop at every wounded person, but the mission was to neutralize the threat. You could be tending to someone and the bad guy could pop out and shoot or continue his rampage so you had to leave evac to a follow on person.

Hah, and in that video, that one guy has such a girlie grip on his M-4! On the foregrip it looks like he's holding a teacup! :P Even though the M-4's recoil is minimal you have to get a good hold of the foregrip to keep the muzzle on target.
