I stumbled across your story by accident. I was looking for some insight to better write a eulogy this Sunday for a Woman 92 yrs old. I cared for her the last two years. I have been a hospice nurse for fifteen years and have seen, felt and been touched by the passing of others and the grieving ones left behind. What you are experiencing is real and normal. Loss is all bad no matter how you look at it. There is no time limit to how long or how much we grieve, and we must allow ourselves to process this loss. I feel the pain and the loneliness that you are dealing with presently.I too lost a Father Dec.10 of 04. I think of him often. But my belief is that there is something much greater than this, out there. I have witnessed to many unexplainable things over the years to not believe that the life we live here on this Earth is simply a preparation for something devine, beyond what we could possibly concieve. This may be a random thing for you, but it is meant for you to heal and find peace within. This process is never really completed. ( ... )
