xinty  first linked me to Grist and over the years i've actually upped my subscription from one to three lists (i usually unsubscribe to things...). they offer varied and credible reporting with a view to airing opinions in a consciously self-reflexive way. and they aren't as hardliney as other "green" reporting. and they's funny. actually one of the best things about eating in the uk is that dairy/eggs in general are very cheap, and free-range/organic costs about the same (sometimes less) and it's extremely commonplace

yay good for you all. not too sure i can trust organic/free-range (even when certified) but it probably beats the other kinds of eggs.
