She was exploring this world on her own, with only the slightest of ideas where she was. The people she found seemed lifeless, with very few that lived beyond merely appearance. People like Haku and Gauche - she wondered where they were now.

Stepping into the shop, she called out, "Good morning!" That was when she spotted a person she had seen earlier, before Gauche had approached them for the event. "Oh, hello!" She moved further on in, distracted easily by the numerous weapons displayed before her eyes. "Wow..."

Lotto glanced up at the sound of an actual, real person, and gave a lazy nod in her direction. "Hey." So polite.

He looked briefly back at the weapons, then at her again. "Don't bother getting so excited - they're all for higher levels or out of our price range - unless you've found some way to make extra cash since that leprechaun quest?"

"Huh?" Gracia asked, looking at the girl, own at the weapons, and then back up again. "Oh, no, I wasn't thinking about buying any." There was nothing remotely similar to her bracelets and she wouldn't give them up for anything. How strange that she had two books, one give to her by Kain, the other she somehow had on that strange but beautiful field.

She held her hands out, displaying the bracelets she wore. "With these, I don't need any weapons."

Though, she supposed others would have to upgrade their weapons, like Mago needed to clean his gun out every so often. "Which one are you eyeing?"

Bracelets? They had to be magical, although Lotto had no idea what kind of magic they might hold, and it was far too early to speculate. "I was looking at this one," he sighed, poking at a sign reading 'SPIN KOUGA' in front of a pair of blades. "I have to be at level four to use it though, so there's a while to go yet." Not to mention he'd need the money - better to let someone steal something and see how good the city guards were before he tried it himself.

Lotto stepped back a little and looked her over more speculatively. "You were here for that leprechaun-kicking quest, weren't you?" It sounded even more stupid when you put it like that.

He was really starting to miss his boomerang, it was--well, looked, a lot easier to use than some of these things they had on sell. Though to be honest, his thoughts had been about a lot of other things besides weaponry--like the others and just what being in this... place would mean for him and his brand.

A glance to his wrist though told him that there hadn't been much change in its look, it just didn't feel the same as it had before coming here. A nearby sound does catch his attention, glancing toward the other figure with a curious stare before turning back. Still unused to this...

Lotto sensed the stare on his back and turned to glance - not an NPC, by the look of him; after a while, it was easy to figure out who was and wasn't.

The guy was looking at the weaponry now - Lotto stared at him with a small frown. "Hey - you're new, aren't you?" He hadn't been at the first quest, that was definite.

Hope was clearly a little surprised but glanced over quickly enough, tilting his head before nodding.

"Hey, and yeah. I suppose I am." He returns, sifting a little, it was definitely odd talking to people out of his group of usual comrades.

"Hm." Lotto gave him a brief once-over, considering. "What class are you?" He didn't look like a melée fighter, but few of them seemed to. The guy looked uncomfortable as well - not used to people in general, or women as Lotto's body currently was?
