House update...
Well, things are moving along on the house front! Had a meeting with the bank today, got one tomorrow with the builders and one on Saturday with the land developers, JOY.
I sort of love the Government right now. They're doing a first home owner's grant where you get $20,000 for building a new home as long as the contract is signed before June 30, ( Read more... )

Don't get me wrong they were all interesting (except for the Friday night masterclass - useful but had no bearing on the competition so I haven't watched them yet) but it was just SO HARD to keep up with it. And because they were getting 2+ million viewers each night which is huge over here, it meant EVERYONE was talking about it so you had to watch to avoid being spoiled.
