I am laying claim to some of the IP in Ultimate Poker (tm). If I remember correctly, you originally wanted there to only be one Ace, two Kings, etc. This would have totally messed up flushes, since there would be different amounts of cards with each suit. So, I'm suing you in the amount of one Horse-feed Bag o' Mini Donuts. And I see you've burned your bridges with the EFF, so you can't go crying to them now ( ... )

Fuck this. From now on, I'm just going to forward all my letters to you before I post/send them.

You're right about the EFF letter. I was using the opportunity to address a lot of the public's sentiments regarding filesharing and not necessarily the EFF's. Fortunately the letter is written in bulky metaphor, so no claims are directly attributed to them.

Ah, I see. I agree with that. In many cases what you described is the logic people use.
