Hehe, I just had recently to do some quick clothes designs too for characters. Who knows, maybe Luca is the type to love wearing just uniforms. I mean, darn it if he doesn't look good in them and he knows it. ;) I'm awful about dresses too. The picture site Corbis quickly becomes my friend in these moments, when I hunt for references. The faces look great, and your minister of propaganda is certainly shaping up nicely- maybe in a few more doodles, something will click for you. Whichever makes drawing him easier, you know. Aw man, you've created such a fun rich world- reading the notes and seeing all the development sketches is pure fun.

Communist pajamas XD I love it. The pre-emperor clothes are just like whatever clothes that everyone wears, the neck-covering and shirt and pants. Sometimes I look at people and all their clothes and its like, wow, we all wear basically the same thing XD
Never seen any SW concept art except for the animals, I'll have to check that out.
The sucky thing about making the Pasori Gulo clothes was actually seeing all that Avatar stuff for the water tribe, they pulled a lot of the same references as I did and did it better :B Oh well, I still have my bear-claw necklace, I don't think I've seen that anywhere else.
Thanks for talkin all smartsy pantsy (? XD), it helps a lot. Sometimes you got to get someone to sit you down and point out all the obvious stuff that for some reason you're blind to!
