Also I wouldn't mind if Carrog got the Giantkind gloves, although I don't think I've yet to get the powers that will make them most useful. If someone else feels the ability to throw large rocks around would be better served in/on their hands, I'm willing to trust their judgment.

... are useful to Spectre, for eldritch striking. Ditto Janus, for pouncing and rending, and Optima, for charging & OAs. Harlan's just happy so long as someone gets them.

And I don't see why Toben shouldn't get a reward for have the crazy Artificer use him to sew a rift shut and almost blow him up when he wasn't even there :P
