Between Thesis and Gemini

I have been far too quiet of late. I realize now I have been silent now for almost a year. I apologize for this. As a student of communication, you would think I could aim some of that focus here. The cobbler's children have no shoes, I suppose

I was wondering why I didn't see your name in the list of writers for this year's Big Bang - and I looked several times to make sure I hadn't missed it. I finally got the idea of hitting your personal LJ to see if you'd put anything up and found this post.

As a reader and fan, I'm saddened that we won't get 'Gemini Ascendant' this year. As a human being, I totally understand that life happens and some things take priority over others.

I am among those who have read and reread the first two parts of the 'Gemini' trilogy. In fact, I recently added a permanent 'Fave Stories' folder to my ereader. Your stories were the first I added to the folder.

I will continue to eagerly await the third 'Gemini' story. In the meantime, may I wish you good luck with your master's thesis and your plans for your doctorate. I'm only glad you found a little time in all of that to give us the wonderful fiction we've so enjoyed.

Hm. Think I'll go reread 'Gemini Rising/Ecliptic' a few more times. It'll pass the time until next year. :)

Thank you so much for updating on the fic. I must admit I was so nervous and a bit disappointed when I didn't see your name on the bb list for this year. I had faith though, and I can't wait for next year.

I really want to thank you for creating this universe and dedicating so much time to it. I really love the world you created and everyone in it. ^__^

So I will be patiently waiting for your next wonderful work. Perhaps even revisiting the first two arcs a few times during the wait. Even though I have read these fics multiple times it doesn't get old for me.

I want to wish you good luck on your thesis and subsequent doctorate. I can't imagine all the work you have ahead of you. ^_^
