So I was sitting outside a restaurant on Friday, enjoying my lunch and the springish day, when a local councillor came by and said 'how do you like it?'.

I was confused about what he was asking, until he showed me the photo taken with his blackberry.

He was amused about having the opportunity to take my picture, as it is normally the reverse.
