happy birthday to fera_festiva and supergreak!

i've spent a large chunk of this morning squeeing over asylum photos & con reports, and catching up with the flist. and now i can finally post an entry!

i was feeling accomplished b/c i'd managed to squeeze in a nice amount of time talking to bf over the phone and relieving his exam stress - by which i mean i did a 10-min long one-sided dialogue where i pretended to be megatron and described how i was going to fight optimus prime [i.e. bf] in an epic battle and crush him with my bare hands, and possibly a light sabre too. um, shut up. theredhandthe bf thought i was funny.

I have a rec for you! It's short & lovely. It comes via cittikitti who has the horrible luck of finding the worst fanfics out there, and was pleasantly surprised to find this (it's R/S, of course:D) - and it's by a new writer. Yay! for newbies!

y'know, i always love it when i see how multi-talented our hp fandom is. they can obviously write/draw hp-related things, but they're just as good when it comes to other fandoms *beams with pride*
