So yesterday after Tim and his folks got back from Florida,  I went to school for a walk in advising session  with the college of Arts and Sciences.  I got to see Cheryl Sullivan who was my class advisor before so I was very happy to work with someone who not only remembered me, but was understanding and willing to work with me about my classes ( Read more... )

I realize as I suggest this is that none of what I say may be possible. Could any of these courses (I know they aren't basic) be taken at a school with a much more reasonable tuition and transfer? If that was the case, you could continue to pursue completion this summer. Just a thought ....

Ohhhhh yes, COM 399. I remember that class.

I did my volunteer stuff at the Office of Disability Support Services (or whatever they're calling it now). It was pretty cool (aside from the unpaid part - here are some extra unpaid hours to complete the education you must pay for!) - I read tests to people, went to a class with one student and took notes for him every other week, did some office work. I think the hour requirement was the same, but it was convenient because it was on campus and I could go before/after/between classes.
