If I've seemed very "quiet" online the past couple of days, it has been because I wasn't here... or at work. I had to stay overnight at the hospital

They don't know yet, although I've had some chest pains occasionally also from time to time. I've got follow-up appointments on the 26th, July 24th, and September 8th. They've got me on 4 kinds of pills, including nitroglycerin tablets (to be taken if the pain occurs again) and that expensive Plavix... they mainly kept me overnight to monitor me in case I had the pains like I did the previous night.
My heart rate and blood pressure are STILL high as I type this, but lower than they were when I first went to the hospital.
A couple of hours after getting home, and about 5 hours after they gave me 5 pills to take at one time while at the hospital, my vision started "dubbling up"... don't know what's up with that!
Oh my God what a scary ordeal to go through. Did they ever get the blood pressure down, or is that what one of the medications is for? Please keep us posted on this - I'm worried about you!
Blood pressure was 143/97 when I left there this afternoon. I've got meds for BOTH heart troubles and high blood pressure, until they can figure out after my follow-up appointments what exactly is going on!
Glad to hear things are under control and you're feeling at least a little better now. Time to stop being belligerent and start taking better care of yourself, Albert!
