I've heard before that the first year a kid's in school (or in Nola's case, Montessori), that parents tend to get the "opportunity" to build up an immunities to all the things they bring home from school. I'm now on my third head cold in as many months - so at this rate, I'll have an immune system of solid adamantium by this time next year
