I agree! Banfield is crap! If you really want pet insurance, there are actual good ones out there too! I've used VPI for years. Did not get the yearly check up coverage as it worked out to be the same amount I paid for the yearly check up. :P I got the everything else coverage. As Kiley has had several surgeries and various scrapes and cuts, it's been a lifesaver!
