I really enjoyed this! I'm glad you wrote and posted it. It was fun to see the boys struggle through those many doubts and come out okay in the end! Complete with hot sex. ;)

Oh this is FABULOUS! *flappy hands of glee* Wonderful dynamics between Ray and Fraser, and yay Dief and awwwwwww, boys! I love how you took your time getting them there -- the crime interrupting the conversation and ratcheting up the tension. AWESOME!

Dief sat up quickly, his whole posture radiating innocence. “Yes I see you,” Fraser chided. “I’m not blind, you know, and it takes considerably more effort to sneak up on an alert Mountie than it does to ambush an unattended croissant.”

That is PERFECT Fraser snark! \o/

Yay, flappy hands of glee, I love that! :D

When I read a story that takes a little time to get there, the payoff feels more satisfying to me. Not that I don't like some good PWP on occasion. *g* But yeah, I like a few twists and turns along the track, and I'm glad that worked for you.

I'm delighted you liked the Fraser snark, too. :) I struggled with him in a lot of places, but that part didn't change at all from the first draft; it just felt right.

Thanks very much for reading and commenting!

That's great to hear, thank you! I found Ray's voice very easily, I think because he sounds similar to my inner voice when it gets mouthy. I'm not sure if that's a good thing for me, but it seems to be useful for my writing. ;)

I appreciate you taking the time to read and comment. ♥

I'm very relieved to hear you found it hot! By the time I'd finished writing this, I couldn't tell anymore, and I had to rely on my pre-readers to assure me that I hadn't messed up the sexy part. :p

Thanks so much for your kind words! (Cool icon, btw!)

That's a delight! I really enjoyed your portrayal of Dief, and Ray's rustration when he sees everything with Fraser goign downhill because of one conversational slip.

Yay for Dief! annieroo2 and I love Dief, so I (obviously) went right to town on the fanservice. It was tons of fun. :D

And Ray... Ray is fascinating to explore. The more time I spent considering his motives and feelings, the deeper I got sucked in. Wow. It was actually quite difficult to dial back the potential angst and keep this light and fluffy.

Thanks for reading, and for taking the time to let me know what you enjoyed. :)
