Yeah I love the manga but I really don't like wading through months of fights one snip at a time. I get why some people like to save up a few dozen chapters and read them all in one go. I don't think I could do that, though, I'm too impatient. ;)

Me too! :D I was dreading a repeat of the Bounto arc (which, while it did have some very fun fanservice for a few of my fave ships, was not really enthralling story-wise), but this is just so much better.

My Bleach love is renewed!

This filler arc is made of win for feeding my love of Zan and Shiro who were not getting enough screen time previously. The other zanpaktous are very cool as well and I think this is about the best filler arc they've ever done.

I thought of you when Zan and Shiro got involved, and especially when Ichigo and Shiro looked like they were about to double team Muramasa right at the end there. *shiver* The amount of awesome in this arc is blowing me away!

I've finally caught up with the arc ( not having watched Bleach since the compy went boom in spring).
I was SOOOOO happy, my son ran down the stairs to see what I was squeeing about. There is nothing that gets me quite as excited as seeing Shiro get some screen time. Then Renji trying to figure out what made Ichigo fight and what made himself fight and all the split screen with Renji and Ichigo. And and and....
