One of the things that has kept me from coming back is commenting. And the guilt that comes with NOT commenting. I'm going to be upfront now....I suck at it. I likely won't comment to 90% of your posts, and wont reply to about 50% of what you say directly to me. I wish this was different, but it's not. Consult with the surgeon at CHOP today and Nathan was up every 2 hours last night. This could be the recipe for a really bad day. I'm praying and hoping it's not. On the bright side, he will get to see his mom mom for the first time in 5 weeks. I'm really looking forward to that ( Read more... )

I hate that it's really difficult for me to spend this much time with my mom. After a while I just can't take the sound of her anymore. And she's CONSTANTLY talking. When I told Ed the other night that I was thinking about having a natural childbirth his response was "You can totally do it!" (paraphased), and when I informed him that going natural meant I was going to rely on him tons more, he essentially said bring it on.

It's so cool that he is all for this. Me, I'm still a little nervous ;)
