Scanlations from the web site and blog are legal (Himaruya gave permission for non-commercial use), but they shouldn't be posting stuff like the releases of fansubs or scanlations of the print manga (which Himaruya does not own the sole rights to and can't give permission to use) on stuff like Twitter. Don't they know that FUNimation and probably Tokyopop as well use those sites?

People don't think at all. This is not just related to Hetalia but to many other manga and anime.

It's even worse when they actually send messages to the manga artists telling them that they enjoyed the manga that they illegally accessed.
