well, Tobi's not quite in the Akatsuki yet, is he? (Even though he wears those socks.) Perhaps we'll get to see more of him in future chapters, so he can prove himself. : )

You're right. He's not a member yet (I think), but he does have those cool socks so that says something. Well maybe time will tell, but he's so cute though :D
