Okay, everything was going fine, I was really enjoying the Oscars (totally slept through it in the morning though I woke up and even switched on the TV), and the local station just had to do what it always does - cutting away any slight bit of gayness. Thanks for the recap. I didn't watch the show because really I just couldn't make myself out of bed. And I wasn't really excited about the show this year since I wasn't really rooting for any film in particular (except for Best Original Song for Once, which it won, woohoo!). No Country for Old Men was a perfect choice for Best Picture. Deep, raw, very human, and very manly. It's an ideal package to the academy. I wasn't surprised that it won.

Oh, and Brokeback Mountain was robbed.

I love Jon Stewart too. Maybe I should download the whole program just for him, lol.

Haha, thanks. It's not even a proper recap, just my thoughts. :p It started at 9am here, I woke up at 9.30am for the actual show, but just laid there and fell asleep through most of it. Wasted electricity. -__-

And yeah, no film that I was rooting for. Manly is good. :D I like macho shows. I have to remember to dl it then.

I feel so bad for Brokeback. :( It deserves the best film place.

Go on! Download! He was really funny. Admittedly, Ellen wasn't as funny as him.
