Most guys are dense. I've heard about this happening before. If anything, it is a complement that they fall in love with you so hard they can't move on. I have the opposite problem... falling for guys so hard I have trouble moving on. Trust me, it's better to have them like sick puppies after you than the reverse.

In a way, you're right. I would hate to feel lovelorn over someone who doesn't feel the same. And actually, in the beginning, I have to admit that it was almost an ego trip...but after awhile (and being the recipient of several phone calls at the most godawful times of the night/early morning), it began to feel more like harrassment and a lack of respect for my boundaries/wishes. I feel like they're telling me, "you don't know what you want, let me tell you what's good for you." And that just totally makes me feel insulted.
