My initial thoughts were on Bella and where we'll find her when she re-enters in the next chapter. Quite possibly with Sam bugging the heck out of her about making trips into Forks?
Then I lingered a bit on trying to find a word to describe Edward's countenance in this chapter. His moods do dip and swing so.
Desideratum. That's the word. Edward is in desideratum. He could start his own country and name it that, with the tumult of actions, words, thoughts and feelings that are conveyed in this chapter.
Finally, Jake came into sight. And I sighed. Audibly. My thoughts roam around his part in this story--besides being the baby daddy-- and trying to decide if he's a different Jacob. A more grown-up Jacob.

He's a moody beast, yes. Actually, this chapter and last have been interesting to write, because of that.

And then the natural course would be to wonder why they don't use that particular talent to invent something spectacular.
And then I pictured one of them creating said device and all the attention it would bring to them.
And I'm back at square one. Er... with the mental picture of Jasper sitting at a table with a half finished mechanical something with wiring and metal objects sticking out. He's scratching his head and sighing because he just had the revelation that I did: too much attention, even if it would make human life easier.

They shared a smile. Breaking and entering, only in my family would that be cause for romance.
Was a wonderful line. Made me LOL!
And, what a torture for a moral vampire. He's falling in love with a married woman. He can't get enough of her and his family is talking about him playing house with her or changing her and... wow. Those are some loaded thoughts to have about a woman who is tied to a potential werewolf.
(And please don't get me wrong... I'm hoping against hope that Edward will successfully be able to steal her away... Truthfully, I think that he's already done so, she just doesn't realise it yet.)

Oh, it's not going to be pretty. Trust me. In fact I suspect we'll see some of the beginnings of that in the next chapter... Not that I drop hints or anything~

You know, I'm falling for Emmett too, and i couldn't say that at first. I think Kellan is at least a small part of it, the boy is so damned cuddly. XD
