Passive forbearance

His sleeves brought to my mind the image of a dehydrated plant. It also seemed to me that his face was coming out from the black uniform, in the curve that a flower does from its branch. His skin had been highlighted red, by the blood that surged the thin arteries close to the surface of his face. His hair was disheveled and ( Read more... )

how can you write so well in second language, I can't understand =)

you know, somehow I liked the fanning scene the most. not only because of Kira's care for his taichou despite all his mood swings, but also as a tool to bring the reader from Gin's inner world to the surface of outer reality.

...yeah it actually embarasses me that the majority of books in my library are in english. If a book is by a foreign author I prefer the english original, or the english translation. However, there is this guy who translates Yoko Ogawa in greek from the japanese original and he is really good.

Anyway you weren't supposed to look at it yet, it's not finished *hides under a rock*

I was and still am a little anxious about how go from the scene with the fan. I have a few ideas, but I feel they are a little too extravagant. Once I get past it I think it will flow again.

A wild beast doesn't want to be tamed, tsk, tsk. But wait, we know the story of the Cave woman and her win over the cat.

Wow, I really enjoyed this. Bruisy and painful and loooovely. By the way, is it okay if you explain to me what the main motif and, I suppose, underlying story this has? Because I can just about taste the story, but I can't quite understand because I am tired and cannot think. D: Once again, great work! This is one of my favourite representations of GinKira.

Well, I didn't use a motif in this, but I am a lot repetitive and I think that comes out when I write without thinking. I think that what happens here is that he is having recurring experiences, but doesn't allow them to hold any gravity, so he is always on zero ground. I don't know why a person like him would be interested in a person like Kira. But it's my imression is tht Kira is very stable without trying and that's somethin Gin could envy.
