Ache

Today was painful.  It seems the ache in my heart has spread to my bones.  Lying, sitting, standing - all hurt somehow.  I haven't stretched like I said I would, haven't walked even slowly today like my doctor said I could.  My blood test came back with normal white counts, so I don't have an infection.  Maybe a good stretch and a walk with shake
