To tell you the truth, I know so little of LJ, and I haven't had much time to look around here, either. ^^; But I am eager to get more familiarized with this place, because I've heard a lot of good (fanfiction) things about it. I may even post some stories of my own here someday (although I still haven't decided). If this the home of some of the craziest fangirls, then I should fit right in, neh? ^_~

I’ll reiterate, the best fanfics are to be found here. Fanfiction.net does have its fair share of great works, but you have to weed through a lot of…not-so-great works to find them. (Don’t let that stop you from browsing the site, though!) This site, though? Sometimes you find so many outstanding stories in one day, you find yourself here for hours. Thankfully, and to your liking, 3/4 of these fics are one-shots or have just a few chapters, so they can be manageable. But I still manage to read dozens and can’t find time to review most of them. :/
I mostly read gen fics, which don’t stray too far from the premise of the show. The best place for these stories is the SPN gen community. Once you "watch" it, you can see the updates as they happen in real time appear on your friends page-so convenient! :D You can find a ton of pre-series stories here.
