So, I've been reading some of the theories going around about why Sam is acting the way he is this season. Here are my thoughts on the most popular one and why I really don't like it:

Hmmm, this is a really good point. Everybody's acting as if Sam without a soul just means Sam without a moral compass, but that's probably due to how influential Buffy is when it comes to how people think about genre television.

Well...I'm trying to figure out how they could ret-con this. Maybe if the rules are changing for monsters then the rules are changing for how souls work, too? I dunno...
