Something I forgot to mention. On Friday? I found out that I passed my level one BSL (British Sign Language) exam! \o/\o/\o/

YAY!!!

(Chief (Guy I work with): So now you can talk to officially deaf people?
Baron (other guy I work with): "Officially" deaf people?

I took a couple of ASL courses in college, lo these many years ago.

It was very weird watching "Four Weddings and a Funeral" and not being able to understand any of the signs even though it felt like I should.

I know, right? Isn't it just bizarre that we have two contries who can talk to each other easily in the same language, and yet our deaf members can't. Strange.
