Five years after Amazing Grace. Is Dom awake? What happened?

Oh man, you're going to be so disappointed with me. Here's a 'five years later' scene, but I'm still not going to tell you whether Dom's awake. :-) The short version is that Arthur is still working for the CIA, Eames is still causing trouble, and they are almost completely hopelessly in love with each other. This will probably make more sense if you've also read this as well.

* * *Arthur is expecting another agent. He’s counting on it, actually, because he doesn’t have the security codes he needs to get into his target’s office, and the PASIV case riding in his backpack is too conspicuous to go unremarked for long

He’s aware in the back of his mind that Eames is probably not going to be pleased about Arthur pulling him out of the line of fire, but while Yusuf is a fellow intelligence agent and Arthur trusts that he can take care of himself, Eames is a civilian with considerably less experience being shot at by rooftop snipers. At least, Arthur hopes that’s the case

There is! There's only this and the Bhutan ficlet thus far, though, because I have been horrible about getting distracted by other projects and the sequel is still languishing unfinished on my hard drive. Thanks for reading!

Haha! Oh Eames, always looking out for his own skin. ;) or at least trying to give that impression; but we know the truth!

Also, the grenade launcher! <3 <3 it's a shame it wasn't really Arthur at that moment. :(

And it's great that there is this ficlet too from the Amazing Grace 'verse, but I've just had a look, and this is it!?!??!? You can't have written upwards of 20000 words not to write some A/E action of a distinctly *different* nature too! There needs to be more! *____*

It's so true, on both counts! :-) Thank you for reading! Sorry for taking the grenade launcher moment away, but don't worry, I'm sure Eames will relate the story in lascivious and exaggerated detail.

And I know, I know! I meant to write a sequel, and it just didn't happen. There is this, but it is not so much with the sexytimes either, alas. Maybe one day!
