and I'm melting my ass off at work...
Managed a personal best since training started of 17 minutes of continuous running in my hour on the treadmill today...
Total running in that hour approx 43 minutes... Should be able to do the whole hour running soon. :-D -
End of week 2
Feeling a lot firmer round the stomach area already. My saggy stomach is definitely being pulled back into shape by the targetted exercises.
Weight check... 18.5 stone....
I've lost a whole stone in two weeks!
Promising start that. :-D -

Somehow today managed to lose my wallet. Luckily there was only about £10 in cash in it, but I've had to go through the crap of cancelling the cards and will have to replace my driver's licence photocard. *sigh ( Read more... ) -

After careful supervised introductions progressively longer and a couple of weeks since Ariel arrived.... this evening we appear to have had a breakthrough ( Read more... ) -

New cat Ariel has arrived and although she was panting heavily in the carrier on the car on the way home, she soon settled in. Although she is described as 'semi-feral' in the rescue center records, within 24 hours we've managed to get her playing with toys and even a few strokes including purring ( Read more... ) -
