Your place is awesome! I didn't realize you had a balcony and such a nice yard! The kitchen is FANTASTIC! We're so going to have to do some Cooking With rzyna lessons so you can actually make use of it! I love all the windows, especially the big one in the living room. And having a mantle is awesome, you've made really good use of it! That is so sweet on the washer and dryer, that is the one thing I really wish I had. I love how you have everything set up, and I can't wait to see the place in person, whenever that may be.
