I just finished the second batch of my dumplings. I don't even know what to really call them, since I seem to create my own receipe a lot. I had pork(mixed with spinach, water chestnuts and other ingredients) left, so I added more shrimp to it to make more dumplings. Holy shit, the Seahawks are going to the Super Bowl! Normally, I really don't care about football. I tried to keep up with the basic stuff, but this is way cool! Just seeing people being excited makes me excited. I have already requested 2/5 off for it. :) It's going to be a HUGE day for us Seattlelites. -

Yay! I received my diploma today! So I officially graduated from the University of Washington. Now I need to make sure I frame it, or else I'm going to get it dirty. -
