That was wayyy too much work to make mashed potatoes. I always avoid getting potatoes for that reason, because they just take forever to be baked. I <3 mashed potatoes, but I don't think it's worth the effort

How do you make your mashed potatoes? It can be really easy or it can be hard depending on your process. If you don't want to peel them, it'll save you some time and effort. You can just throw them in a pot with water or chicken broth and cook until soft, then smash them up. That's the easiest way. Of course, the smaller you cut them, the less time it takes to cook, but the more effort it takes to prepare...

ooh, it was garlic mashed potatoes. I use garlic on pretty much everything, except on sandwiches, haha. ;)
