Busy busy. Last night I made two pans of GF cornbread. We ate most of one of them for dinner, and I crumbled up the rest of it and about a third of the other one to make cornbread apple stuffing this morning. Today I am having a slow day, deliberately. I did good work for a week, the place looks pretty good, today I am kicking back a bit. I hate Tuesdays. Too busy. I have an hour before I head out for my counseling appointment, and I'd really like to shower & change clothes before heading out, but I'm not sure I'll have time. Here's the plan:

1. Fold dry laundry
   
2. Move clothes rack onto table and hang remaining damp laundry
   
3. Sweep & mop library
   
4. Change litter boxes
   
5. Shower

I've been feeling guilty abut not doing it long enough, so today I am going to have a go at putting in what I consider a proper eight hour day. As soon as I finish up here I clock in, not literally of course, and I wok for two hours and then get a fifteen minute break. Then I work for two more hours and take half an hour for lunch, etc.

It's Friday morning. I am contemplating my day. I am significantly less grumpy than I was, but still not feeling terribly motivated. What I want to do is go out and get myself a large decaf pumpkin spice coffee from Dunkin Donuts and pick up lots & lots of biscotti and eat them all. 5. Come home, pack duffel bag, take to car - Mostly done packing, still needs meds and toothbrushes
   
6. Unload, reload, and run dishwasher
