i used to have this problem where everyone thought i was younger than i really am. like, people would give me kids' menus/try to sell me kids' tickets to movies when i was in college, someone thought that a friend i was with was my babysitter, etc... but, strangely enough, now i seem to be having the opposite problem ( Read more... )

whooee. i just spent the past week and a half on a cruise to alaska with my family. i swear, cruise ships were designed to keep reality OUT. there's nonstop entertainment and food 24 hours a day, limited contact with land (phones--$5.95 per minute! internet access was pretty darn expensive too...), no awareness of what's happening in the world ( ( Read more... )
