Slow cooker carrot cake

So the recipe tonight (I couldn't wait until tomorrow to do it) was slow cooker carrot cake. The very idea of the recipe intrigued me. I had all the ingredients assembled before midnight, and it should be ready by 4 am. I'll just set me alarm to ring so I get up to turn it off, and then back to bed for me

I'm curious to learn how it went. Don't think I'll be making one with Ryan though, regular cakes take too much cooking for his liking as it is ... but you get that with 5 year olds!
