Slow cooker carrot cake
So the recipe tonight (I couldn't wait until tomorrow to do it) was slow cooker carrot cake. The very idea of the recipe intrigued me. I had all the ingredients assembled before midnight, and it should be ready by 4 am. I'll just set me alarm to ring so I get up to turn it off, and then back to bed for me.
