Tapioca pudding
Okay, folks. I'm already surprising myself. I was reading through a cookbook thinking to what I wanted to make on Tuesday. When I was done, I went to my cupboard to see just what supplies I had. Instead of the recipe I was trying to fill (a carrot cake you can make in a crock pot. I'm intrigued...) I found some instant tapioca. There was a recipe on back, and I actually had all the ingredients to make it.
My kitchen complaint is that I don't normally have all the staples to "throw something together". It comes from not knowing what I need and also not doing it frequently enough to get the knowledge about what I might need. But I had the ingredients for that little tapioca special. So I took photos and just might post them.
