Autumn again ...
October is here and it's autumn again. The leaves are changing color and the light is creeping away. It my favorite time of year - especially when it comes to photography. I took a little trip out to Wegerzyn Gardens tonight a little before sunset and ( snapped a few shots. ) -

GenCon 2011
Phil and I have attended GenCon in Indianapolis for a few years now but this year was the first time where he wanted to get a hotel room and stay for the entire con. I, unfortunately, didn't have the vacation time to join him for the whole experience but I did drive up on Friday night after work to finish out the weekend in Indy.

Went to take some pictures at the Cox Arboretum Butterfly House tonight and forgot it closes at 4pm. LAME!
I snapped a few pictures while walking around and found this weird little bee-looking fly thing that was so tiny and cool. Anyone know what it is?

Meeting Mia
I had a very productive day on Saturday - hung out with friends, met a new friend's husband (who is just as awesome as she is), learned some new stuff in Ruby that will really help me learn even more new stuff in Ruby, saw Birdemic: Shock and Terror (arguably the worst movie EVER created), but the most important thing I did on Saturday was meeting ( Read more... ) -
Friendly Flowers and Yellow Sweaters
Went out to Cox Arboretum today to see if the Butterfly House was open. It wasn't, so I crawled around some daisies and hung out with the bees for a little bit.
