The Big Catch-Up Post of Rassilon

(Not really, but I couldn't think of any wittier subject line... which is pretty pathetic, really.)

So there's a lot to catch up on! I've been living The High Life lately--or, well, I did for a week, at least. I was on The Love Boat. (Not really. I was on the Golden Princess, though, which *is* a Princess cruise ship. To Alaska!)

The cruise to Alaska. Pictures to come later. )

The cruise sounds fun! I'd love to go to Alaska someday.

Please share your secret! What are you doing that you have lost 40 lbs since Christmas? I've lost 20 in the past year, but seem to be stuck . . .

Looking forward to seeing the pictures. ;)

www.sparkpeople.com. I'm Aibhinn there, too. :) It's a completely FREE website that helps you track diet and exercise, set goals, and stay motivated with information, forums, articles, and friends. It's a GREAT site. C'mon over!

Welcome back! Sounds like you had a fantastic time! And, yes, maybe you were eating on the cruise - though were you stuffing yourself at every turn, or being sensible? - but you also did a LOT of walking. That will definitely have helped.

If you're feeling in the writing mood, I know you have other stuff to finish but if starting smaller would be good practice for you... check this out!

Be careful saying you lost weight on a cruise ship. I think they sue for that sort of defamation. :)

Congratulations all the same, though! I look forward to the pictures.

Yeah, I'm half expecting Princess Cruises to send thugs to kidnap me and force me to sit down to an enormous dinner. ;)

Thanks for the congratulations! I'm way behind on my flist; how's the cutest baby in the world?

Crawling with two teeth and a third on its way, making mad attempts to stand upright holding onto things and is considering walking. He's also fighting bedtime like it was invented by Voldemort, or possibly Hitler. In other words, ADORABLE.
